  • Up to 3 meetings prior to your wedding day to establish a working relationship, as well as communicate all of your wedding expectations.
  • Site walk-through prior to wedding day.
  • Unlimited referrals.
  • Unlimited phone and email consulting.
  • Confirmation of all vendors the week prior to the wedding.
  • Development of wedding day timeline
  • The conducting of your wedding rehearsal to your specifications.
  • All coordination for the ceremony and reception site, musicians, officiant, catering staff, photographer, videographer, and any deliveries such as the cake, flowers, etc.
  • Setting of all personal items (favors, placecards, guest book, etc.)
  • All on-site coordination and supervision on wedding day (up to eight hours)

Prices start at $1,800.00
Special rates are available for Temecula Wine Country Weddings.
